Self Improvement and Self Development

I am currently on a campaign for self-improvement. A lot of aspects are involved. One aspect is improving my financial picture. I have over $10k in savings. I have about $2k in my 401k. I have no IRAs, and I currently make $12.50/hour at my job, with a promise of a raise once I receive my bachelor’s degree in engineering. I am 23 years old.

I am wanting to do anything I can now to build a healthier financial picture in order to assist in other aspects of my life, now and in the future. I can provide more details if need be. Any suggestions?

These people are doing exactly what we’d do in their situation. They’re making money for their families. If their economy were improved, I doubt we’d have the same immigration problem. Mexicans are proud of their country.
