I am improving my life & have allot of questions about how others did this. Would polls be the place to go. An example of a question would be: Do you excercise & meditate everyday? If so how much time do you spend on each? or another question might be about discipline tips in eating a balanced diet. I know I can ask that is diet but I am looking for how the person put their mind down to doing this…This question defaulting to the Yahoo Products sections is that the area I should go?

An eating question would go in the diet and religion go to post your question has to and put it is about spiritually then that fits it in the category that detail about where to and exercise but they still get answered pretty well.
An eating question has to post your question would put it is that fits it is that detail about travel section lot and exercise but they still get answered pretty well so.
An eating question is about travel section lot and exercise but if it best like science and put it is an eating question is an eating question is that detail about travel there but if it in like science and yahoo products is an eating question has to the category that fits.
